Create the interview you imagined.

THE PROBLEM ISN'T YOUR CAMERA

Real locations rarely cooperate.

A bright window, flat walls, mixed color, low ceilings, reflective surfaces, and too little setup time can make a simple interview feel harder than it should.

The answer is not another memorized lighting diagram. It is a repeatable way to read the room, decide what matters first, and build a natural-looking image with the time and tools you actually have.

THE SIX-WEEK PROCESS

Build the image in the order that makes decisions easier.

Each live session moves from diagnosis to execution. Work in a real or practice location, complete one focused assignment, and bring the result back for review.

WEEK 01

Read the room

Find the story, constraints, and best camera direction before touching a light.

WEEK 02

Frame & expose

Create depth and protect the parts of the frame that matter.

WEEK 03

Shape the subject

Use diffusion, negative fill, bounce, and placement to make the light feel motivated.

WEEK 04

Build the complete setup

Unify subject, background, practicals, and color into one believable image.

WEEK 05

Refine & troubleshoot

Identify weak points, solve practical problems, and strengthen the setup before final review.

WEEK 06

Critique & repeat

Diagnose your own frames and leave with a process you can reuse.

See the room honestly

Learn to identify the one or two constraints that will actually control your image.

Shape with intention

Make every modifier, practical, and exposure choice serve a natural-looking result.

Get cinematic results

Bring the room, lighting, and subject together in a polished interview frame that feels natural.
