CNomadic ("CNomadic," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://www.cnomadic.com, create an account, enroll in or purchase a course, download a resource, subscribe to communications, contact us, or otherwise use our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, mailing or billing address, telephone number, account credentials, course enrollment and purchase information, preferences, communications, survey or form responses, and other information you choose to provide.

Payment information. Payments are handled by Kajabi and its payment-processing partners. Those providers may collect payment card, bank, billing, and transaction information under their own privacy policies. CNomadic generally does not receive your complete payment-card number.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may collect IP address, device and browser information, cookie and similar identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, and information about how you interact with our content, emails, and advertisements.

Information from other sources. We may receive information from Kajabi, payment providers, analytics and advertising providers, social networks, referral partners, and other services you connect with or use to interact with CNomadic.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• process purchases, deliver courses and downloads, and manage accounts;
• respond to questions and provide customer support;
• send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing communications;
• personalize content and understand audience interests;

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING

CNomadic and its providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure marketing, and show or evaluate advertising. The site uses Kajabi, Google Analytics, and the Meta/Facebook Pixel. These providers may receive device identifiers, IP address, browsing activity, and interaction data and may combine it with information they receive from other services according to their own policies.

You can use the site’s cookie controls and your browser settings to reject or delete certain cookies. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality. You can also use the advertising and privacy controls offered by Google and Meta.

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

• Kajabi and vendors that host, operate, secure, analyze, or support the Services;
• payment processors and financial institutions involved in transactions;
• email, customer-support, analytics, advertising, and communications providers;

We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

CNomadic does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat the use of advertising cookies or pixels as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You may use the cookie controls available on the site, the privacy controls offered by the relevant provider, or contact us to request assistance with an applicable opt-out right. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of people under 16.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. We may still send service-related messages, such as purchase confirmations, account notices, and security communications.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. For California residents, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or electronic-network activity; approximate geolocation; audio, visual, or similar content you submit; and inferences about interests or preferences. We collect these categories from you, your devices, our service providers, and the other sources described above. During the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed these categories to service providers, payment processors, analytics and advertising partners, professional advisors, authorities, and transaction counterparties as described above. The Services may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and CNomadic is not responsible for those practices.
